Hello all! Anyone know what’s causing these spots/browning on my striped dracaena? Since getting it about a year ago it has been super happy and grown a ton! I repotted about 2 months ago but this has just started in the past week. Any help appreciated thanks!

This is typical for dracaena corn plants. Mine has brown tips as well but I know this is due to under watering and mechanical damage being too close to other plants and not being too careful while I rotate the plant. They are tough but sensitive so they will survive but may grow through a lot before you get it just right. How are the soil conditions? Does it stay damp for a long time?
