What do you mean by sick? How long ago was it cut? Why did you cut it? Show a picture of the entire plant including the soil to show the current condition of the entire plant.

It had lots of dying and dead arms so I cut them off and the main stem had a bit of dead at the tip so I cut it off, it all happened today

The red is probably excess sap the plant is pushing out. It can still recover. The pot might be too big for the amount of roots and stems left. Be careful not to overwater. Let the soil dry out before watering. The leaves will slightly droop when it needs water. They will curl and turn crispy when under watered. The leaves wilt when overwatered. Move it gradually to a room/patio/balcony where it can get at least 6 hours of full direct sunlight. They thrive in full sun, high humidity and warm temperatures. It will sunburn if moved immediately to full sun. You may have to get a grow light if you can’t get it to a sunny location. Fertilize every two weeks with a diluted fertilizer. Organic fertilizer (manure) or compost works well. 🍀🪴
