I have four elephant ear bulbs that are sprouting. This is the second one that has had these speckles on it. I donāt know if itās dirt. As the leaf is curling more of the stuff is starting to show. I took a Q-tip and wiped it off with some neem oil and water. When it smeared itās red. Does anyone know what this could be or is it just dirt? Edit: there is no webbing and they donāt seem to move/crawl
