Those look like spider mites. Below is a very helpful video on how to treat them. [Link fjernet]

Wash it down thoroughly in the shower, spray it all over with neem oil, then sprinkle diatomaceous earth over the soil — keep it isolated and repeat this every few days, it will take care of mites.

Are those shiny red bumps insects or sap? It’s hard to tell in the pictures. It might be thrips if the bumps are liquid. Thrips like to drain sap at the veins and from new leaves.. Thrips spread quickly. They might be scales if they wipe or scrape off and have legs.

Plants with red/purple/blue tissue can have dark or red sap/juice that drain looking like blood. Google bleeding alocasia. They look like they are bleeding when they push out excess water through their pores. It can be creepy.

It may be whiteflies, thrips or spider mites since they all live under leaves and drain the sap. Spider mites will definitely have spider webs between the stems and across leaves. I would treat with insecticidal soap once a week after wiping/washing as many off. It’s easy to transfer bugs between plants. Wash hands and tools before using them on another plant. Wipe or wash down all surfaces including under the plant and the shelves/table top. Treat all plants in the room. Good luck. 🍀 🪴
