Any tips on getting rid of gnats? They seem to be chilling in the soil of a lot of my indoor plants.

    I’m like to mix hydrogen peroxide in the water when watering my plants, ever so often + sticky gnat traps in the soil

    Spraying a peroxide/ water mix or neem oil is also helpful

    The sticky yellow gnat traps are good for the adults. That won't get the larvae until they become flying gnats, though. I have tried everything including the above mentioned methods, but the only thing I find that works is Mosquito Bits. Sprinkle on the soil and work in. When you water, they will activate and destroy the larvae. I have been gnat-free for two years since discovering this.
