My very young Portulacaria Afra looks to be developing some exposed roots. I know that’s desirable for some, as a design choice, but is it ok for a tree this young to have uncovered roots?

    Exposed roots are fine as long as the main root ball is established. High humidity is what causes the aerial roots to emerge.

      It’s quite humid here in south Texas but I keep my PA indoors.
