Is this a weeping willow bonsai? Any recommendations?

    I wouldn't go so far as bonsai, since they aren't trained at all. They look like just tree cuttings. Often you'll just get leaves starting at the top. However, especially if stressed, you can get leaves sprouting from every available node. It'll be easier to identify once the leaves mature.
