   Just like a herbaceous plant, you'd find a branch with several leaves, cut it off below a node(where the leaves are coming out) (ideally leaves some of the stem on the tree so it keeps growing). Them remove the bottom most leaves, and pop it in water just pass those first node you removed leaves off. Should root in a few weeks. Random pic from the internet to show you what I mean. You can also airlayer, but sometimes ficus are bit limp from thin branches. But you could stake it up.
