I was gifted this Bonsai 6 months ago and have never repotted. I watered today and the water ran straight through. I repotted with new soil but is there any hope for her?? (Very beginner plant lover)

Wolfen 🐺Jade plant soil should run right through, tthey are a succulent and should not be in straight potting soil. If you're not feeling and mushy or rotted roots she should be fine. She looks pretty healthy. It it was set up as a bonsai, they are often root bound with very little soil. The goal for the plant to concentrate on the leaves and branches so they can be manipulated into shapes. You'll see huge trees with literally 2" deep roots.

Great info thank you! I did replant with regular potting soil, is this a problem even if I let it dry out between watering ?

It could be. It retains a lot of moisture, and could lead to rotting. I'd at minimal ammend it with bark and perlite or pumice to increase drainage
