   Oohh I'm not sure. I mean bonsai you're wiring the woody limbs. And then removing when it sets. I'm not sure how you'd wire the long leaves of a croton. It'd be cool if you managed it. Maybe a loose wrap, like a cage of sorts . But then would it set? Or move after of lighting changed

     According to the internet, "any shrub with a permanent wood-like structure can be a bonsai," so I don't see why not! :) Also, friendly note for those who aren't aware, the name Croton "Mammy" has r@cist roots, so I would personally refer to this plant instead as either the "Garden Croton," "Variegated Croton," or "Codiaeum variegatum." Good luck with your bonsai shrub, Lilly, and please post updates because we would love to see them! 🤩
