About a year ago, I planted a Bonzai from a small box kit (you know what I'm taking about) and it never grew. I'm guessing I waited too long? My Great Dane, Bartow, had knocked it over anyway (RIP) and I just recently got another kit maybe a month ago. Wish me luck!
I was going to do the seed kits found on Amazon then I discovered you can go to Lowe’s andr buy small trees for about 10.00 to bonsai. I’ve gotten a couple junipers and a Japanese boxwood. They also had a already made bonsai of a ficus Retusa I got for about 25.00. The seeds will take months to year to germinate and see results. Unless that’s what your going for. Lol I was ready to start working on some and wiring and pruning. Good luck!

The ficus retusa. I repotted it in a bonsai pot with correct soil. They had about and inch or more of trunk hidden in the pot they had it in!
