Hey guys, My girlfriend got me this juniper bonsai tree for a gift but idk how to take care of it other than give it water. I thought when it turned yellow its just the winter season.. but now its spring and its still like this. im not sure if its dead or i still can save it? Any tips are appreciated!
Same thing happened to me on my first bonsai and I could not revive it.

You can’t keep them inside. I think it might be dead, because of all the brown dieback on all the leaves.

0 J'aime Dormancy is when basically hibernation but for plants. This tree doesn’t look dormant, it looks fried to a crisp :P
0 J'aimeScratch a very tiny piece of bark if there's green under it it might be salvageable. Dormancy is a period where in the wild it would sit through a full winter of cold. Then in spring it would gradually wake up.
