So I just started using grow lights and I don't know which settings I need to have them on. All the plants require full sun. The lights cycle through red blue and white lights. I don't know what I'm doing can someone please help

    If you want fuller spectrum then you'll want all the colors on. If the plants haven't been under frow lights before, then start off on only a few hours and build up to 12-14hrs a day if they are high light plants

    I just don't like the way the color looks in my house. I know it's stupid and superficial but it's what it is.
