Happy holidays, everyone. I’m new to grow lights and would love to hear any recommendations for a newbie to them, preferably more affordable ones. I’d like to get one that perhaps comes in a lamp form, is detachable in some way, or can temporarily be held up, as I only have one space to place all my plants together under it and cannot drill where I currently live. Thanks in advance for any suggestions, and any tips on how to use them is very greatly appreciated 😊
I’ve heard from Jungle Haven YouTuber that Sansi off of Amazon is good and nice and bright, some people also say to invest and go for soltech or Mother grow light. I too was looking for a lamp light bulb situation and was picky about it only being a yellow white so that it would blend in more with the room. I got these Briignite ones and the plants seem to be loving it so far, my pothos even turned some of her leaves away from the window and towards my lamp. New leaves are coming soon and I’m hoping they’ll stay the same size or be bigger 🤞🏼
I use Sansi grow lights and they have helped tremendously, I replaced my regular lightbulbs with sansi and they are very bright

I love these, they’re affordable and have a timer so you can set it and it’ll turn on and off. It also doesn’t change what time it turns on I have some others that progressively get earlier in the day. They’re on Amazon. Just search ring grow lights and there are a ton of options. The ones I have have a post that goes into the dirt.
I see Sansi has been recommended & I would like to second that! I’ve tried multiple of their products from the gooseneck lights, to the puck lights & the bulbs! They also have lifetime warranty on their bulbs so that’s a plus! I also recently tried Barrina, those are bars you can either magnetically attach or adhere on.

I have LBW (open shelves) and DOMMIA (cabinet). Both brands are affordable, have different brightness settings, and have built in timers. DOMMIA are nice and lightweight, hung in the cabinet with magnetic hooks. The LBWs are by far my favorite though. I have 3 of the large heads on tripods and my plants love them! Height is super adjustable; I have the one in the corner set on a shelf on the stand to give it even more height. Only thing I've had issue with regarding the LBWs are my cats doing dumb things and knocking them around, but I have the two on the floor velcro wrapped with the plant stand and that hasn't been an issue anymore lol
