curious what everyone’s thoughts are on adding humidity to an area that isn’t enclosed? i’ve just moved into a new apartment and wanted to set up an area for my more humidity-loving plants, but i don’t have a grow cabinet or anything, just a shelving unit. i had a vague idea of adding a diffuser (with only water) where the red X is, and then kind of stacking my plants around and under it? would love any advice y’all can give me as i want to create a great environment for my babies! 💚🌱

    The humidifier will help the plants in its immediate proximity, but the range is small when not enclosed. It also depends on the size of the humidifier.

    Thatd definitely work for adding humidity to them on that rack. Within 3' or so is usually ideal, if the humidifier is more robust if can be further. Just depends on how much % you want too. You may want to get a hydrogemeter to see how much a difference/distance
