I will be moving soon…with 70 +/- plants (and 8 pets 😳🫣). Any suggestions or helpful hints? Packing, transport, keeping away pests and pests, reducing stress (theirs and mine), etc. All tips welcome! (Though this is mostly looking for plant tips lol).
Well, I can’t comment on moving plants as this obsession started after I moved, lol. My pet obsession has been around for years though! We recently moved across the country with 4 dogs and a cat. The best decision I made was to stay in Air BnBs. Space to park the truck and vehicle and the places I picked were amazing about the animals! None of them even charged me for multiple pets. Just the one pet fee.

I got lots of clear big boxes where I stuffed my smaller plants and was able to stack them up in a van, large moss pole ones got their own boxes (when I’ll be moving next time I’m gonna chop the moss poles and only take the top cut in a plastic container) I rented a van not a truck because of AC and only stopped at airbnbs with attached garage (lot of states get hot at night)
