I recently got a grow light since I don't live in a very sunny area and was looking for advice. Is this a suitable spot to put it? And how long should I leave it on for and how strong? (The window is behind me)

    I usually run mine at least 12 hours a day to see new growth.

    By no means an expert, but I did a ton of research when I got my grow lights and found a study that had tested grow light durations and found 12 hours had the most positive effects. I also found distancing to be inconsistent but found generally recommendations were for 1-2ft from the plant to prevent scorching. Obviously you can see how your plant handles and adjust accordingly!
