what is the best potting soil for indoor plants/tropical plants? because I’m hearing too many stories about miracle gro causing mold and fungus growth 😬🤢

    I swear by anything by Espoma, but I can’t speak on the behalf of the best tropical plant mix as I don’t have anything that needs anything outside of their cactus and succulent and all purpose mix. That being said, I’ve never had problems with their cactus and succulent soil or their all-purpose potting soil. You could use an all purpose mix as a base and add other items into a mix to make it proper for tropical plants. I’ve also heard great things about FoxFarm’s potting soils, which can make for a nice base for additives for chunky soil mixes. Hope this helps!

    Aroid soil or well draining soil with perlite , orchid bark, worm castings, tropical soil or good quality soil in general mix together and should be good!

    molly's aroid mix for philos I hear is good. haven't used it myself yet tho
