Going to make this reply a post. Regarding Neem, the two differences, and what/how they work. Neem comes in two varieties. Azadirachtin (seed extract) and Clarified hydrophobic (alcohol "clarified" Azadirachtin). Clarified version, meaning it needs to come in contact with the insect (suffocating them) or infection to be effective. Also usually the better type for fungal infections, if youre goingto use neem. However I would recommend you use an actual anti-fungal product, as it doesn't treat many strains beyond rust. The regular extract you can spray on the plant and when the bugs ingested it, especially the larvae stage, it should poison them. Ideally a cold-pressed is best as high heat destroys the beneficial properties.
