I am setting up a cabinet for my plants with high humidity needs. I have grow lights and fans installed. Do I put my plant humidifier in the cabinet or will humidity build from the plants without a humidifier?

    Yes and yes. 😉 While grouping the plants will increase humidity, you will likely want the humidifier. 💚💚

      I agree with this. I noticed in my non-humidified mini greenhouse, the humidity would fluctuate pretty dramatically, which some plants don't like.

    I have a couple of plant cabinets, and I haven’t needed a humidifier – the humidity sits at around 75-80%. I think it just depends on how you prep the cabinet. I used weather stripping around all the edges to lock the moisture in; I also add a plant saucer filled with leca and water to help raise the humidity levels. Maybe test it for a couple days without the humidifier to see what percentage it sits at, and if you need to add it, go for it! ☺️

    I have a humidifier in my cabinet but humidity will also accumulate naturally when you water the plants! I’ll also mention that natural humidity will vary on a few factors like where you live, the setup of your cabinet, the temperature in your home, etc!
