Hello plant friends, I need to mist my plants, and I need recommendations for a brand for misters. So far I have broken these 3, and other 2. I try to mist my plants twice a day, and I add a few drops of either eucalyptus or mint oil (for mosquitoes). And they keep breaking, these aren’t even 3months old! Since I can’t place a humidifier, and the population of mosquitoes in my house do not allow for too many water plate, what recommendations do you have to boost the humidity for your plants? Thanks in advance for your advice!

    FYI I have read in several places that misting doesn’t really help with humidity, and it’s not great to get the leaves wet.

      If there are a lot of mosquitoes in your area it might be enough humidity already. Also, I have read that plants near each other help with humidity levels.

    A few Mosquito Bits granules in the water tray will kill the mosquito larvae. Don’t mist for a month and check the results. You may not need to mist if your plants are happy. The humidity is about 40% to 45% inside my home. My 200+ tropical plants are fine with it. I will increase humidity in colder months when the heaters are drying out the air too much. But, I don’t mist. 🪴🍀
