I need to repot some plants and feel at a lost on soil. What do you use for soil? Any recommendations? It would be great if your recommendations can be found at Ace or Walmart.

    I get potting soil, perlite, and orchid bark, all from Walmart. They have succulent mix as well if you have any cacti or succulents The ratio of ingredients is different depending on the plant

    i use miracle grow succulent potting soil for all my plants and mix it with orchid bark (also miracle grow) for succulents. it’s not the best brand in the world and i do want to move to something else soon, but it’s affordable and easy to find in stores so it’s a great place to start!

    I just started using fox farm ocean forest and so far my plants are doing great in it. My ACE store carries it.🪴

    fox farm ocean forest is the GOAT. seriously! i use it as the base for most of my home mixes
