      Okay! I was thinking ceramic too, could I find them on amazon

      Yes! And Home Depot is a life saver! Just make sure when you add it to your profile on here, you put whether it has drainage holes or not..most of the time, drainage holes aren’t needed as long as you water it less. 🤗🪴

    I would like to offer a different opinion, do with it what you’d like.😅 Yes succulents absolutely need drainage because you can’t water properly without them. I have grown succulents for years and feel pretty comfortable with the ones I have and still wouldn’t put them in pots without drainage holes. Succulents do really well with watering until the water runs through the bottom or doing bottom watering and both of those methods require the excess water to be able to escape. It also helps flush out excess salts and minerals. I personally wouldn’t put any plant in a pot that doesn’t drain, but maybe some plants like it? Having a pot with holes also helps the dirt dry up better if the roots aren’t big enough to reach all of the dirt because it adds more air flow. You can absolutely use pretty pots with no drainage as long as you put the actual plant in an inner pot with holes.

      Ceramic is fine if you have an inner pot you can pull out to water. It’s also much easier to get the plant out of a plastic pot to check the root health or up-pot than a ceramic one so keep that in mind. Terricotta works great if you tend to over water them because it dries out all the dirt faster from being porous. But that also means you have to stay on top of the watering more.🤪 I would suggest plastic or plastic inside ceramic as it doesn’t dry out the dirt so fast and allows you to keep an eye on the roots better. You can gently squeeze the pot when the dirt is completely dry and slide out the plant dirt “puck” to check roots and put it right back without disturbing the plant.
