   Most likely fungal gnats, super annoying little buggers, it’s not so much the flies you have to worry about it’s the larvae that eat the roots, you can buy sticky traps online to get rid of them

   The sticky traps catches the flying adults. The larvae in the soil must be treated to get rid of them. You can use Mosquito Bits systemic granules in the soil to kill the larva. You can also use soapy water with Dawn dishwashing liquid to spray the plant and pour through the soil. This requires repeated weekly applications until they are gone. The Mosquito Bits keeps them away.

   I agree Mosquito bits is a must have. You can put them in a tea bag and soak them in your watering can to make a tea. I use reusable silicone teabags I found on Amazon. I recently switched to Mosquito Dunk because they are bigger and less messy.

   They are most likely fungal gnats, I get them to. I do the old trick in the book and use apple cider vinegar and soap. But I recommend sticky traps from amazon. Recently I haven’t seen any in my plant room. Hope this helps! 🌱✨
