was going to throw away this finished exfoliating scrub container but got the idea to poke a hole into it and make it into a pot! also it’s a super sturdy container and it’s pink 🥰🩷🙌🏼

    such a great idea! i love that color pink. consider adding a piece of ribbon around the top edge to hide the threads from the lid and add a bit of decorative flair. i think gold or red would look really nice :-)

      I’ve also seen this done with twine or rope! Just depends on the look you’re going for

    I’ve used copper foil adhesive tape. They come in several widths. The wider one I have used on planters to black snails and slugs. They get zapped crossing the tape from their own electrical currents. Doesn’t kill them. Makes them drop off the planter. 🐌

    I looove using unconventional things for pots! One of my fav activities though is going to thrift stores to look for cool jars/ vases/ colored glass for my hydros!!

      you can also try using a hot metal rod and poke a hole! i just rather not get fire involved 😂
