Best general purpose, all encompassing, treat-and-prevent-pretty-much-EVERYTHING neem oil brand and usage routine? I have a wide variety of indoor plants and I suspect that several may or may not have certain pests/diseases ranging from fungus gnats/spider mites/scale/aphids/thrips/mealybugs/powdery mildew. (Plants include jade, croton, pothos, sage, basil, yucca tree, baby rubber plant, arrow head plant, money tree, and tomato plants growing in indoor hydroponic system)
If you have multiple pests, I highly recommend a stronger approach. Some combo of captain jack’s dead bug brew, insecticidal soap, and bonide systemic granules will be a lot more effective than neem oil. You could also sprinkle diatomaceous earth. This is all assuming you are not planning on consuming the sage, basil, and tomato.

I hate neem oil. Its too stinky. I use a few drops of dawn dish soap in a spray bottle and that has worked amazingly well. Your best bet is to work on prevention: checking leaves with every watering, isolating plants which may be infected, quarantining new plants just in case. I know some people here have also mentioned they sprinkle mosquito granules on the soil to help with bugs and gnats.

I was having a HUGE problem with fungus gnats during the winter while I figured out the best watering frequency and pot type for plants. My locally owned nursery Mgr. recommended mixing the Mosquito Bits into the top layer of soil. How deep I go depends on the pot size. Wiped then out Fast! And it has been successful with a few gnat sitings since. I’ve learned I tend to over water and moisture meter is not foolproof. Happy gardening.

I just had a LARGE infestation of spider mites. I didn’t realize exactly HOW big. Ordered some beneficial mites and placed them 5 days ago. HUGE difference already!
