Hello! I recently purchased a grow light for the upcoming fall/winter months. The lights have three colour options to choose from: Blue and White, just White, and White and Red, and gives little detail on the box for what's best for what. I have some succulents under them right now and some foliage I am hoping to add under it too! What's the best setting to have it on? TIA❤️🪴
