AnyaFluval stratum! It’s an aquarium substrate that’s also used as a semi hydroponic substrate and for propagations

okay so i should definitely repot it into soil soon since it’s semi hydro, and i don’t have the skills for that quite yet. i just got it from my local plant shop and that substrate is what it came in. i can see the roots through the clear cup it’s in, so they’re definitely long enough for soil, but i don’t want the plant to die from transferring it since the roots are so slim, but there are lots of them. i’ll definitely give it a couple weeks to acclimate before i even dare mess with repotting, but are there any tips you’d give on repotting them? possibly since it’s a propagation, i should maybe give it over a couple weeks to acclimate?

Definitely give it time to acclimate! You can also mix in soil gradually to help with the transition. Try to not mess with the roots too much. Gently shake off any stratum that you can and if some remains sticking to the roots it’s fine.
