I’ve planted these snapdragons seeds about 1,5 weeks ago with the intention of having them in my bushes outside. They have sprouted but i don’t really know what to do from here. I’m a complete noob help!

    I’m no expert but just in case no expert shows up- I would let them grow a bit more so they’re not too fragile to handle when it’s time to pick them up. Maybe separate them before the roots get too big though. Maybe put them outside for an hour or so each day, so they get used to the outdoors. Then when they’re a bit bigger, just dig a hole and put them in the ground :) That’s at least what I would try 😂 Hope it works out. Good luck 🩷
