Hello, I'm a novice. This is my Eve's needle cactus, I've had it for around half a year, I know it doesn't look happy and I was wondering of anybody had tips on what I could do with it. It's under a lamp and next to the most sunny part of my house. Infrequently watered.

Any ideas whatās going on here. I see no pests front or back of leaves. Iām spraying with Dead Bug in case. Those speck on the third photo are small spots of leaf damage.
Iām trying to decide if this is mosaic virus. Iāve had a plant with it before. It is a relatively new leaf so it could be deformed from that but I donāt think it would still look like this. Also the petiole has brown sap on the inside when I cut it, this might be normal I donāt remember.

So my syngonium chiapense is showing its variegation on the back side of the leaves. Not every leaf. This one was the most Iāve seen yet. It has some splashes on the front but the back has a lot. Any ideas why this happens? I looked online and couldnāt really find a good answer so here I am!
One example pic, but for a general question. How do you get your spider plants to thrive? I have been using Planta since 2020 and have a pretty successful collection of ~50 plants. I love the basic beauties - pothos, peace lilies, African violets, etc. I have always loved spider plants especially, and currently have five full size and four starters I made from spiderlings. The problem is I feel like I can never get them happy! I have yet to kill one, but Iāve had a few rotate through and no matter if itās new or a rehab, big or small, they all just putz along. I get occasional brown tips, but not many. I water a little less often than Planta tells me to as it seems too frequent, and I know they can get a grey tint to them when dry. I decided that maybe I wasnāt giving them enough light and put them on my three-season porch this summer. Not much has changed. One specific concern is how the leaves will turn all floppy and wilted. But they donāt die, they just live on like a limp ragdoll. Example pic is the most extreme one I have. They have not been exposed to extreme cold and the light is not too direct here. Yes, Iām holding leaves up with a trellis. Help?
Whatās my cactus doing here? I donāt think itās root rot- I hardly ever water it, itās nice and green, growing other buds fine, firm spinesā¦ idk what this is
Rubber plant hates being repotted! I have had a rubber plant - more a bush - for the past five years. It came to me in a glazed pot with no drainage. At the time, I wasnāt particularly into plants so I left it there for literally four and a half years! It grew a lot so a few months ago, I repotted it. It freaked out, lost half its leaves and I was so scared that it was going to die that I propagated three stems (so I now have three small rubber plants that wonāt stop growing but thatās another story). I put it back into the original pot and after a few weeks, it rallied and recovered. Iām wondering if anyone knows what the issue might be? Iāve literally never had any other plant go into transplant shock and I have no idea why it did this. I watered it yesterday and am so used to plants with drainage that I went harder than I should have and Iām now worried itās sitting in water. Considering trying to repot again but just a lift and shift, so it doesnāt noticeā¦?
Steps to using cinnamon to repel pests on plants! š¤ š«šŖ°š«š·ļøš«š¦š«šš«šš« Spray method š¤ ā¢ The reason for this method is because is penetrates the surface of the soil and goes beneath where pests live! ā¢ Put a few tablespoons of cinnamon in a spray bottle with distilled water ā¢ Mix and let it sit for 24 hours . ā¢ Dump and strain into a bowl and then pour it back into the mist bottle! ā¢ Use this to spray mostly the soils surface , you donāt have to go crazy with the leaves . ā¢ When it dries it appears powdery and light brown, like light cinnamon. So when itās sprayed on leaves it makes them look weird . On the soil it blends in! Sprinkle method š¤ ā¢ You can also just sprinkle cinnamon on top of the soil! Add a thin layer to the surface and it should do the trick. You may lightly dust leaves , or just the soil for the sake of appearance of the plant . Soil method š¤ ā¢ Mix a few tablespoons of cinnamon into your soil mixture . Plant as usual :)
