I have tripod grow lights with different setting options. I have one window that all my plants are by but many need extra from the grow lights(bird of paradise for example) What is the general rule for using grow lights? White, red, blue, mixed light? I've had my bird bloom twice in a season two yrs ago. It needed a new pot which I did last year, but it hasn't bloomed since. Any recs?

0 Likes I use grow lights exclusively in the winter. My plants are in my basement and there are no windows so my lights are on 15-16hrs per day. But if you’re using them to supplement the sun and the short days of winter you could probably run them half as long
