Hello I just got this mass cane plant off of fb market place for free but it looks like it needs some help ,what do I do ?

    Agreed! I would also trim the leaves in the same v pattern as they grow removing the brown and yellow areas.

    These plants are sensitive to minerals in tap water. I get by by letting my water sit out for a few days before watering it, but it really depends on what’s in the tap water where you live. You may need to use distilled or rain water. I’d cut off the brown tips, use proper water and make sure it dries out between waterings.
