I bought this white bird of paradise in June and haven’t repotted since. So it’s sitting the the same soil and pot I bought it in. I checked the bottom of the pot today and saw it’s roots sticking out. I think I should repot it but I’m not sure it would be a good idea as it’s now late October and it’s going into winter. My house stays around 20 degrees celsius so would the time of year maybe not affect when to repot it? Not really sure so could someone let me know thank you
I’ll be honest I don’t know much about bird of paradise but I would repot it maybe just take it out of the nursery pot and put it in a bigger pot without touching the roots to much But take my advice with a grain of salt because I don’t have to much experience with those plants

I repot indoor plants all year round.

It’s really up to you but looking at the picture I would repot carefully🤔

If you repot it quickly enough (like under 35-50 minutes) I’m pretty sure it’ll be fine. I repotted my peace lily outside when it was like 40 degrees Fahrenheit and I took about 15-20 minutes and it went perfectly!
