How do I get my burgundy rubber plant to grow a second stem? It had a great summer for growth but it’s just so vertical

    Don’t be afraid.. cut it in half right above a leaf. It might only grow one again, but sometimes if it’s happy enough it will grow two from the two leaves below. Don’t cut right at the leaf, leave ÂŒ inch or so. I’d also imagine the more roots you have the more energy it will be able to put into growing, so more roots likely means a higher chance
