    Truly the biggest test of my obsessive plant behavior 😬 I’m so bad at leaving those alone. I’m getting better at digging them out without breaking the stem but I know I shouldn’t do that! My painted lady is the only philodendron I have that actually behaves and puts out flawless new leaves

    OMG YESSS!! This happens so much (mostly on my ppp). Sometimes I just don’t understand how some plants live in the wild! 🤦‍♀️🪴I do the same method with the wet cloth, sometimes it is so bad that I have to help with pushing the leaf out from the stem!

      My PP needs help all the time. I have a little scalpel I use to help “birth” the new leaf. I'm totally a midwife.

    I saw a trick to use a damp q-tip to gently “massage” it out! It worked!😊
