    No idea if this product I found (am considering trying myself) will help, but it says its really good for fiddle leaf figs specifically. Might be good to look into or give it a go.

    Hey Sam, hope your FLF has started to stabilise in the past week, without dropping any more leaves! In my experience, unless you’re consistently overwatering (and it’s sitting in water/roots are starting to rot) temperature changes are the primary reason fiddles drop leaves. This can be as obvious as it sitting right next to a heater or AC/air vent, or as subtle as being moved from a bright to lower light location—or vice versa. My best advice would be to make sure you let it fully dry out between waterings for a month or two so the roots can grow, and then keep it consistently moist, watering from the top leaf and letting the water cascade down until it drains out the bottom. They like light but NOT direct light. So keep it at least a few feet back from whatever window you place it by. Looking forward to an update. Hope this helps!

      thanks it does i just repotted it and it was supper root bound but it is thriving now
