Tiny philodendron propagule just popped out 3 new variegated leaves that I didn't see on the mother plant! Is this good/does it mean it's happy?

Wolfen 🐺Do you mean it has more varigation than the mother plant? If so, yes. It could just be that node had good varigation, or it could be it's getting more light. Brighter light generally helps keep good varigation
