So about a year ago I was at Home Depot and I bought a monster us Swiss cheese once I brought it home it didn’t grow so I cut it apart and now I have three different cuttings. One of the cuttings is growing. A new leaf is amazing.

Well, Thrips got the best of my two Thai Constellations. 😭 I decided to completely chop them and repot. Their roots looked really good, so I have hope. đŸ€žđŸŒ they come back bigger and better.

I just bought these for my monsteras and they should in tomorrow. However, I’ve never given any of my plants any kind of pole or trellis so any advice on how to do it would be great! Also, the smaller monstera has some browning leaves. I’m fairly sure both of my pots are too large. However, my husband doesn’t think I should repot them again. What do you think? Should I repot them before adding the poles or leave them as is and add the poles? I don’t want to shock them too much but all of the brown spots are making me nervous. Note: it’s been 23 days since I repotted them and they’re both producing smaller leaves, slight brown spots, and my new growth isn’t unfurling all the way and it’s smaller

Super proud of Frank! From where we started to today. You can see the leaf from the first pic at the bottom of the second.

I need help deciding which Monstera Albo to choose! I’m about to purchase a Monstera Albo from a local grower, but I’m not sure which one would be the best investment. I’m partial to the first one because the grower mentioned that it’s one of his fav, but the second one looks beautiful as well and I’m torn. Idk lmk which one you would choose! đŸ’šđŸ€đŸȘŽ

Ok I got a moss pole, but I don’t know how to start princess Penelope on it. Do I stick it in the middle? Do I stick it in the back? Do I tire to it? Do I just get it close? I need help!

Does anyone have the Monstera standleyana albo? My Walmart has tons of them. When I look it up on Planta it says it’s hard to care for and needs high humidity. How are they?

Hi all! I’ve had this monstera for 3-4 months and it had been doing great until it went an extra 2 days longer than usual without water. There are plenty of new leaf shoots but one of the new leaves browned before unfurling and another’s stem bent. The plant overall is drooping a bit more now too. I’m not sure if it is just getting too heavy or if something else is going on? It has also been fairly hot in the apartment as well. Top photo is a reference before these issues started!

Update since my last post: Added a moss pole and grow light to my monstera. I hope the placement of the pole is okay, for now. I took out the plant from the soil and it seemed to be all one plant?? Not totally sure. I’m a newbie so feel free to give me some advice. Not sure if the placement of my tie is correct.

Greetings! I’ve seen people mention “suckers” in reference to Monsteras but I don’t know what that means. I have four Monstera plants so can someone please teach me? Here is a neat pic of two leaves that unfurled side by side, one very fenestrated and one totally Un.

Why is this happening? 😭💔 will the leaf hurt the cutting? The end of the aerial root is starting to rot now

my 8yr old son and his buddies apparently got too rowdy around one of my monsteras and broke a leaf
. So, he got crafty and made it a “cast” hoping I wouldn’t notice lmao đŸ€ŠđŸ»â€â™€ïž sorry kid, mom sees EVERYTHING! Although, after interrogating him, I found out it’s been like that for over a week and I didn’t notice, so gotta give him credit I guess!! đŸ€ŁđŸ€Ł

First fenestration! Got this plant at a local farm market. It was root bound and when I repotted it there were 7 plants in a 2” pot!! This is the biggest.

Hey, I may be another overwaterer? My monstera hasn’t grown a new leaf in a couple of months (probably due to the British ‘summer’) but I’ve noticed brown spots and some yellowing now
I’ll add a photo of my other two monsteras for your viewing pleasure
