Okay I need help with my monstera. This is the 3rd leaf that has grown that looks like something ate it. Iâm not sure what to do? She lives in my bathroom by the way
Happy Tuesday! I accidentally broke one of my Monstera Thai and now I donât know what to do with it. Do I need to cut it or just pot it? đ
Seeking advice!! I just bought this monstera albo node off of Palmstreet for $33. Iâve been wanting an albo for ages and Iâm super excited to receive this fella and try to get it to grow. I could have started with an already established plant, especially since I donât have much experience with caring for nodes, but I didnât want to spend a fortune on an albo just in case it dies. So while this cutie isnât here yet, Iâd really appreciate some advice so I can start out on the right foot once it arrives!
Does anybody know where I can get a Monstera albo for not that much ? Iâm looking for one ! Picture - My monstera Thai constellation
My monstera is growing mushrooms should I be worried đâđ«đ« đ«Łđ€
I got my first monstera (Thai constellation) yesterday and I couldnât be happier. She is GORGEOUS! đâš Her little ladybug stake friend was also too cute to ignore, and it felt right to bring him home with her!
Got this albo a week ago severely root bound and the aerial roots were all over the place! She also had fungus gnats. Cut her out of her old pot, freshly repotted this lovely lady, gave her a neem spray down to shine up and protect her leaves, and watered with gnat death drops. AND she gets a moss pole!! Back in quarantine she goes, but she looks much happier!
well hi theređđ
This is my first monstera appreciation post. She pushed out this huge leaf unraveled gained some color. Sheâs so gorgeous. So big. I love đđ I rescued her and sheâs just doing amazing now I think Iâve had her for 2-3 months pictures of her new leaf. When I first brought her home and potted her. And a picture of her now
so i have this monstera albo that is highly variegated but the newest 2 leaves happened to be verrrrrrry white - the newest especially. iâm debating on cutting the plant back, either below the newest leaf or at the pink line i drew on the picture. iâm also very nervous to do this tho because it is my most expensive plant and im so afraid of killing it. pls let me know what you would do if you were me. maybe air layering? iâve never done it before but ive heard it works for monsteras.
I <3 my thai con
AHHH I HAVE A monstera deliciosa
Just want some confirmation from the experts on why one of my thais is darker than the other 2. Im assuming different amounts of light while at the stores, as I got them at different locations or maturity. But I was mostly wondering if its a different variety and or just a different variation of the thai. Thanks in advance. đ„° (ps. It is every leave, the half moon was just the closest at the time)
Do you think my monstera is getting enough light where it is right now? It gets more light in the morning. Itâs a north facing window. Heâs doing fine right now but I want him to not die.
Finally got my hands on a Thai Con from Walmart and I am TERRIFIED of killing her! Any tips/tricks would be very much appreciated. đ«¶đŒ
So I randomly found this giant monstera at my local grocery store and it was only $20 so I to get it. I never had a plant this size should I wait for it to acclimate before repot? Should I put it on a moss pole or a trellis? Any tips or advice đđœ
It was suggested I repot my monstera with Fox Farms mix and vermiculite which destroyed him. Iâm now dealing with the remnants of whatâs left after root rot. I trimmed the damaged roots, did a 1-3 part peroxide soak for 10 minutes, repotted with the first mix I used of peat moss and perlite. Then watered lightly to dampen the soil. He is now in front of a window. Any suggestions other than potting soil cause that was a bad idea.
My first Monstera Thai Con. Sheâs a pretty little thing (for now! đ€) To say I am excited and cannot wait to she her grow big and strong!
My newest addition
