Hi Community! We have this big Monstera plant in the office and it’s not looking too good. Can someone shine a light on what’s going on with this big green baby? What are these brown stems coming out of the plant? Do we need to cut it off? Please help. Thank you!!

I started noticing this clear crystalized residue on my leaves and it’s damaging the leaves. Guttation is high on the plant as well not sure if that’s what’s causing the residue. Even baby leaves are growing with water droplets in it. Not sure what’s going on. Any suggestions? Is it a fungus? 🤷🏻♀️
My cat got to my Swiss Cheese Monstera :(( (No cats were harmed) She’s been pretty droopy, and I’m unsure of how to help her. Any suggestions?
I’m so excited!!! I got the final plant on my wish list (for now!) 😉. Today I was able to get a Thai Constellation at Giant Tiger. She seems to be in pretty good health. Her roots look good. I gave her a shower and a thorough watering because she was bone dry. Everyone meet Andromeda!! 🪴
My monstera is growing sideways out of its pot. 😓 Is it possible to correct this so it’s growing up instead of out? Also wondering if I should replant into a bigger pot and move the pot to be more centered in the window.
I just recently bought my monstera… I’m so afraid of killing it! Can someone tell me when I should re pot and how/what to use… also does it look okay so far? I’ve had it about 2 weeks -I was told to let it get used to the environment before repotting. Very new plant mom that is only experienced with snake plants! lol
Help: Monstera Prop Fails! How do I START in soil? I am having the worst luck, trying to propagate Monstera cuttings. They were growing great roots in a dark stained glass vase in a rather dark room for about three months and were thriving. I took them out of the vase and brought them to my home I noticed some root rot, so cleaned up the roots a bit. I have very bright east facing light from floor to ceiling windows— complete opposite of where it was living and where the mother plant lives. That I believe was the first shock. They do NOT like bright indirect/East facing light! I put one cutting in soil and the roots struggled and died but the leaves remained healthy. The others I put in a clear glass vase with tap water and fertilizer and within two days, there is more rot, They were getting soft and coming off in my hand as I tried to rinse them. Wondering if the vases were too humid. So, I just whacked off all of the roots on one of them and cleaned as much rot from the nodes as I could to start over. The other one had salvageable roots so I cleaned those up and scraped off the rot. The leaves on all of them are still beautiful and green. Now fretting about whether I should just stick them in soil and try to start soil roots so that I don’t have the same failed experiment of transitioning water roots. Any advice??? Sharing pics.
My Monstera’s leaves are turning black :( someone please help i have been watering correctly. although i have her in my room, is this wrong? i was told it was okay to have this plant indoor lighting. just took it outside to water
Newest leaf on my Albo 🤩
this is a propagation i’ve had in water for the past 2.5 months. i am in love with the roots and had to share. also, new leaf alert!
I won a monserta Albo about a month ago and it has been THRIVING. It has even given me a half white leaf! But today while watering I noticed a single brown spot on the leaf. Any ideas? I water when then soil is alittle over half dry. It gets bright indirect light daily. Brown spot in question is on the leaf at the bottom left about mid way up the leaf. I may be over reacting, but this is my favorite plant. It has not been repotted since it came home. No pests.
The white is turning brown ☹️ under/over watering? Or from the thrips I think it had?
It’s a new leaf so it’s still very fragile BUT I got my hands on an Aurea!! 🤩🤩
Omggg my Thai con is getting its first leaf since I got it and im freakin out man
Finally got my monstera adansonii on Wednesday! I set it up with a moss pole today! Can’t wait to watch this guy grow!!
I just got her and want to make sure she loves her best life, what can I do to help her thrive?
Hey guys I’ve had some plants over the years but I’m new to monsteras and I got this one from Lowe’s and repotted it and the smallest leafs keep yellowing and dying off I just wanna know if anyone knows what I could do for it it’s my favorite plant and I wanna do my best to keep it alive any tips yall wanna throw at me I would be beyond grateful for???
Made the cutest support “stake” for the baby Thai. (Very gently supported.)
new leaf incoming!!! :]
I bought this root bound Delicious Monster in December from Lowe’s and immediately split it up thinking it was unhappy, (I didn’t know then that these like being root bound). I repotted all seven plants in the same pot, can I keep them together? I think it makes the plant more attractive by the fuller appearance
