Hey friends! This is my first post on here, thank you in advance for taking the time to read. Please be nice to me and my monstera…. I know she is out of control, but I’ve been struggling with how to tackle this. Wondering if I should give it a good trim, or if it needs a bigger pot, or both? When it comes to trimming, I don’t know where to start… should I trim off the limpy, small leaves + stalks that grow funky? Any input is appreciated. Thank you 🫶🏻
I have the grow light on 9 hours a day, it is quite bright, unfortunately it’s not dimmable. Would like to keep using it if possible, as my husband installed it for me. Not sure if that’s part of the problem with stalks growing towards the light all weird!

So I just became a member of the club, and I was wondering if anyone here has an estimate of how old my plant is. She’s about 14 inches tall, maybe even 16 inches, I was curious how long it takes to get the beautiful leaves with the “ slits” in them? I have two new leaves that are about to unfurl. I heard that the plant Hass to be about 2 to 3 years old before they start producing the super cool leaves. Also, she had about five more leaves when I bought her, but they were pretty rough looking so I trimmed them off. I think she’s beautiful the way she is, but I’m so excited to see her uniqueness. This is Monica by the way.also, any advice on how to keep her happy and healthy would be much appreciated. I think I read somewhere that they like to be in smaller pots?

What is wrong with my monstera? She had little white stuff that wasn’t fuzzy on her leaf and kind of something that looks like if you found oil on your shirt on her leaves. And leaves were growing in with almost burnt like spots and a little crispy.

I chopped my monstera for the first time and tried to propagate it to make it fuller. I let the cutting dry out for a couple days before putting it in sphagnum moss to root. What did I do wrong? 🥲

Looking for some suggestions on the best fertilizers for stimulating growth in all variants of Monstera Delicisoa(Thai,Aurea, Albo).
I currently have my guys in different styles (Soil, Ariod mix, Leca) and am looking for a fertilizer that would do well in all 3. Thanks!!! (Based in western Canada)

I got his onstera gifted to me for my birthday I call her “Big Mawma” she’s a bit wide I would like for her to be tall and neat looking. How can I do that?
Also the leaves have crispy brown edges and some of the bigger or newer leaves got a bit damaged during transport to my house!! I need allll of the tips to take care of her! Thanks in advance

Should I cut every all white leaf and keep it under the plant light for 12 hours a day?
Would you guys cut the leaves that are less than 50% green?

GUUUUUYS I wanted to post an update!! I found this sad dying little Thai constellation at my local grocery store for $30 and I thought for that price why the hell not, I’ll take it home and try to rejuvenate it. And thanks to Josie‘s wonderful advice look at her! She is absolutely thriving. I have her next to my humidifier and she perked up right after I added some water! I haven’t re-potted her yet though and I have another question 😂.The only other Monstera I have is a monkey mask and it grows kind of different than these big bushy Monstera‘s. What is their growth pattern? Like will it come out of the stem? Because I don’t see anything yet. I am including a before and after picture! I’m so grateful to everyone that helped me.
