Anyone looking for a Thai Constellation - I stopped into my local Walmart supercenter today to checkout the end of summer garden clearance. My store (Monona, WI) had at least a dozen Thai monsteras that didn't look dead yet, many other plants that looked awful. Not sure the price or if they were even on sale. Just wanted to share.

Hi! So this is my monstera. She’s gone through some rough patches. Just wondering if anyone had any ideas or ways I can help her. I know the leaf on the left is dying but should I cut it? I’m new to monsteras. The leaf on the right is pretty new. Only like a month old. Appreciate any and all tips! Thanks (The picture on the left is it on July 12th so we’re doing good so far)
I have this leggy Mini that I am thinking about chopping. There are aerial roots up top that I could pot. What can I do about the legginess at the bottom? Advice?
What are you guys cleaning your leaves with? I bought mine a month ago and I used Luke warm water and a microfiber towel but I’m noticing a lot of gnats and wanted to know if there is anything else I can clean with that might help that? I have already bought gnat traps and plan on watering with 1 part hydrogen peroxide next watering day to try to attack the larvae
I would like to purchase my first Monstera to be placed near a window in our guest room. I’d like it to eventually be 3-4 feet tall. Any recommendations on which to buy?

This is my unintentional cutting when I separated my large Monstera Deliciosa last about 10 days ago. While the others planted in soil are doing ok 🤞, this one seems to be struggling. The one leaf that’s trying to open has been trying for days. The stem had some brown mushy stuff happening so I just cut it off and sprayed with peroxide. I don’t want to leave it out of water too long for it to callous. Any suggestions?

Should I repot my monstera into a larger pot? I just put some stakes in this morning for support and also put the aerial roots in the pot as they were getting very long. I just repotted this like 2 months ago and it’s growing like crazy.

Hey everyone, it’s me again! One my girl Izzy has some new growth! I can’t tell if it’s a new branch or a new leaf but I’ll provide a picture and tell me what you think! And secondly, I’m trying to decide if I should spit her into two plants or if I should better position my moss poles and if so then how?! Any advice helps.
These are the only two Monsteras I have. My Mini has been around for 4 yrs!! She has been cut and propagated twice. I bought my Swiss Cheese about 2 yrs ago. She was purchased from Wal-Mart as a water bowl. I put her in soil this past Spring. She has done so well!!
I separated my Monstera Deliciosa to 4. I was a bit nervous as I did this in 2 different sessions. The most recent was separating the 2 large stems only a few days after the first separation (separating 2 smaller stems from it). I’m hoping so much disruption will not affect it too much, though I’m preparing myself for a bit of stress period). My question is regarding the higher roots coming from exposed stems. When I separated them, most of the exposed roots all withered. Is this normal or a bad sign? Here are my separated plants. You see on the close up that I cut some of the roots and the one that will need to be cut soon… should I worry?
(Ignore how rough I look lol) but I potted my monstera today! I added a moss pole for future growth and her aerial root. I’m concerned because I had to put the stem of one leaf in the soil because the roots are above a big chunk of that stem. Should I be worried? What should my next steps be? (Also that African Violet soil was used for another plant, not this baby) What do you think?!
How would you experienced monstera parents Do with this? I was thinking about repotting it and laying the main stem that is almost horizontal with the ground, into the dirt and have new roots grow. What might you do?
