Looking for some suggestions on the best fertilizers for stimulating growth in all variants of Monstera Delicisoa(Thai,Aurea, Albo). I currently have my guys in different styles (Soil, Ariod mix, Leca) and am looking for a fertilizer that would do well in all 3. Thanks!!! (Based in western Canada)

Hey everyone! I just got my very first Monstera Adansonii, is there anything I should know about this plant and what they like? Are the similar care wise to a Monstera Deliciosa?

What are your guys recommendations for this little guys best survival? Should I cut every all white leaf and keep it under the plant light for 12 hours a day? Would you guys cut the leaves that are less than 50% green? Thank you!

I’m not sure when/if I need to give this guy a pole to climb?

There’s a root my Thai con keeps trying to push out of the soil. It’s not an aerial root
do I repot into a bigger pot?

GUUUUUYS I wanted to post an update!! I found this sad dying little Thai constellation at my local grocery store for $30 and I thought for that price why the hell not, I’ll take it home and try to rejuvenate it. And thanks to Josie‘s wonderful advice look at her! She is absolutely thriving. I have her next to my humidifier and she perked up right after I added some water! I haven’t re-potted her yet though and I have another question 😂.The only other Monstera I have is a monkey mask and it grows kind of different than these big bushy Monstera‘s. What is their growth pattern? Like will it come out of the stem? Because I don’t see anything yet. I am including a before and after picture! I’m so grateful to everyone that helped me.

Lend me your expertise, please! I’ve had my monstera for a few months, and have been really careful - it’s thriving! Would love to know what next steps are? For context, I usually kill plants but have researched a TON and seem to have the hang of it now (mostly). My monstera is growing much faster than expected, and I don’t think my slightly pathetic grow pole solution is cutting it. What I’m doing already: - repotted 2 months ago - larger pot & better soil - grow light (sansi) as we don’t get much sun - humidifier daily (occasionally every other day) - foliar fertiliser once p/week (recommended by the brand) So
I guess the question is how to support it to encourage growth without it getting too crazy or losing structural integrity? P.s. the top leaf that looks limp, leggy and raggedy is from when I didn’t know how much light the plant needed - it’s always like that and I’ve debated pruning it
 but have been nervous

I recently got a monsters albo off of marketplace and I noticed the leaves starting to droop so I did some investigation and it turns out the plant has major root rot and hardly no roots at all. All of the root system is brown and squishy. Is there any way I can save this poor guy? He’s the most expensive plant I’ve bought and I’d be sad to see him go.

Anyone got any advice? My monsters is so limp and sad looking:( I’ve changed the soil, check the roots (healthy). Literally have no idea what’s wrong with it. Had it a long time so don’t want her to die!!:((

Question: What is the purpose/benefit of pruning your monstera? I’ve had mine for just under a year, and have never pruned it. Curious if I should. TIA💚
