Hey yall! So I was hoping someone could give me pointers on what to use to get my monstera to climb? I want to chop it back a bit and have it covering some of my wall space. Should I use bark bits or what can I use thatâd look natural?
From just a little new speckle poking out to this new leaf that is in her gardening process đđim concern that the leaf to her right would be a problem with her hardening , does anyone know ?
I have this monstera here that I think is pretty young. I got him from a plant shop like 2-3 weeks ago and since heâs been popping new leaves left and right. But they are small and not fenestrated. Should I be trimming these leaves back to encourage new leaves? Or should I leave them? Iâve never had a monstera sprout so much I also did move it closer to the window recently since I read that more light can encourage fenestrated leaves. Heâs living by an east facing window
Monty Just keeps getting bigger and bigger đđ
Currently "training" my monstera to grow upright and I gave him 2 poles to grow and support onđ€ also! I learned not to keep spinning it around because I wanted to give it 360 light lol đ but learned that monsteras will adapt and commit to wherever their light source is and if I keep spinning it around I'm making it dizzy lol đ bless my little Jack âșïžâš
Hi everyonw, I just ordered a monstera thai constellation. When it arrived, there was one leaf that looked weak and floppy like this, looked so sad. There were also brown spots on the leaf. The soil was quite wet when it came to my house. Is there anyone happen to know what the issues are? Thanks!
Should i consider some form of stake soon? Im unsure if i want to put this on a moss pole, but seems to be supported well at the moment!
Hi! I bought my first ever monstera from a supermarket a couple of months ago. I am very new to monsteras (and houseplant care in general), but after talking to a friend I suspect there might be multiple plants in this pot. Is this a bad thing? Should I try and separate them, and if so, how do I go about this? Any advice would be great, thank you so much đȘŽ
Hello. These two stems are growing at odd angles and itâs pulling the plant down. I know you can cut them off and propagate them but Iâm not confident enough with my current knowledge. Both of them are some of my largest leafs and I donât want to ruin anything. I know since they have a node thatâs when itâs recommended. Iâm just not too sure where to cut and if itâs possible to cut only that one.
Stunning new leaf âš
Hello! I wanted to get everyone's opinion on pot size and if this is the right size for this monstera. Started in a 6 in nursary pot and just upgraded to this

My monstera recently grew a new leaf. I just noticed the stalk has tiny bumps all over it. Is this concerning or ok?
I got my Thai con back in April or so and only have gotten one new leaf since Iâve owned her. She put out that leaf IN MAY! đ Itâs just about to be September and nothing⊠no signs at all of a new leaf. đ
