Does it look like my monstera is leaning? Do I need a moss pole or can I just use a small trellis or something
My first monstera leaf with fenestrations 🥹 I have a fat lil aerial root coming out… should I put a little moss pole in there now? Should I wait? Anyone have any cool DIY moss pole ideas to share?
The difference in that leaf in just a week🥺 I didn’t expect it to grow so fast when I only repotted it a week ago🌱🌿
New leaf coming 😍🪴
my sister has this monstera & it just keeps rotting worse & worse at the stems, any ideas on what can be wrong? not overwatering, was rotting at stems when bought from store, she doesn’t think she has it planted to deep, no root rot, & no bugs!
My Monstera is having trouble....what is doing tjos? An insect? I'm so sad!! Som of the leaves are getting tiny brown homes, some are tearing, and it's getting these weird yellow, silvery looking spots. I'm not sure if you can see the discoloration I'm talking asking about or not, but there's also white powdery spots underneath some
Monstera Peru: I’ve read that it can hang/trail down… does anyone have success with theirs? Any pictures of one trailing? Mine wants to climb for sure. But was hoping it would trail down in this location. Thanks!
Got a new monstera with lots of new growth! Can you believe my baby I got at Stein’s cost $80 compared to this guy at only $30?! Look at that comparison!
Got this tiny Thai constellation on Amazon and it’s amazing! I was a little skeptical about what would arrive because it was so affordable but she’s beautiful and I’m so happy. Never thought I’d be able to justify buying one so I just had to share 😊🥰
Just picked up a monstera from the store, she’s looking a little bit sick. She has brown and yellow spots everywhere. Anyone know what I can do to help her out a little bit?
Cut off a piece that was hanging out the pot and put it in water. I hope it grows 😩😩😩
Ive had my monstera for almost a week and have been giving her time to adjust. I gave her water when I first got home since the soil was bone dry, put her under my grow light/near a window and she seems to be a lot happier since then. When is it a good time to put the moss pole in? There’s a little steak in it now kind of supporting it, but am unsure when is the right time to mess with her. Pic for reference and my new plant collection that I have started this last month😬🤗
What does it mean when my monstera adansonii’s lead tips are curling down? I can’t put up a picture now Srry
HELP! What should i do ? My cat chew my poor baby monstera 😢😢 i cut the leaf since there was no saving, should i leave it how it’s? the roots are doing okay Or will it do better in water ?
Could use your thoughts and opinions on how to manage this little one. I’ve seen some recommendations about trimming the small tiny leaves at the bottom, I think I already need to increase the pot size after 2 months. Should this guy have a pole to start climbing? Just would like advice on how to make it big and bushy. Thanks!
does submerging aerial roots in water cause rotting or helps growth??? let’s settle this please!
Just wanted to take a moment to show off Grace 😍. Figured I’d update and add in Frankie too. Grace-Monsters Frankie-Pothos
She was finally flourishing but accidentally left her in a spot that had intense sun for most of the day. Should i cut the brown leaves?
Hi everyone! I’m new to house plants but have learned a lot from my girlfriend. I got us each a Monstera Albo. The one pictured is mine and I’m doing everything I can to give it the best chance to thrive - moss poll, appropriate sized pot with draining, good soil mix that includes soil mix, perlite, little bit of spaghnam and peet moss, and orchid bark on top. I also have this dedicated grow light. I’m concerned about the new baby leaf growing. It’s a little limp and I’m not loving that it’s a bit yellow. Any recommendations on what I should do to improve the baby leaf?
Just got little Chip here potted!! After all these months she can be introduced to soil!!
