When should I put this guy in dirt? It’s been in water for at least 3 weeks now. This is my first time propagating a monstera so any tips, tricks, or advice would be greatly appreciated!

I finally did it. I’ve been waiting for the universe to choose me 😂 first time monstera owner. I’m familiar with plants but is there anything I should keep in mind for this baby?

Typically keep this guy inside but have had him outside lately to dry to dry him out. Wondering if these leaves are signaling too much water? Thanks in advance for any advice/expertise!

Are these tiny white bugs in the soil harmless to my monstera? there’s none in the leaves but they are quite disturbing… if they’re soil mites they’re apparently beneficial but I can’t tell if that’s what they are. I’ll be repotting soon anyway but there’s literally hundreds of these bugs in the soil so I just hope its okay!

So I did it… I separated the nursery monstera and got 11 fully rooted independent sections… I’m am so nervous that I repotted them incorrectly. Should they have two per pot? I ran out of nursery pots, so the two 6” pots have three babies in them for now. Advice on moving forward?? As always, I appreciate any and all advice for you lovely plant people :)

Morning! Bought a Thai constellation yesterday, but I don’t like the soil it’s in. I think it’s in peat. Do you guys repot right away after bringing a new plant home? I usually don’t but I really don’t like this soil 🙃

Hi everybody! I found this beauty at a local nursery and decided to finally splurge and grab it! Should I repot immediately? I’ve heard that a chunky soil is best. I have two other monsteras that have done well in a regular indoor organic potting soil but would love suggestions!! Any advice and tips would be appreciated! 🌱🤍

Thia is in a north facing room, but about 7 feet away from the window. This is 8 AM in the morning, and I think this room gets a decent amount of light, what do yall think, should I move her closer to the window to get more light? The front leaves were already drooping like that when I got her. Thanks y'all!

Hi! I got these two Albo Monstera mid cuts last evening. Browning was there already by the way, not the result of sun burn. I am new to care for albos and know how tricky they can be. Right now they are propagating in moss and perlite about a foot and half from a south facing. Is there anything else I should keep in mind? I’ve also been curious to know how often I should be watering while it is in this propagation mixture. Thank you!

Hey I’m starting my first monstera from propagating in water for two months. I was wondering if anyone had recommendations on how large of a pot to replant to.

Hi I’ve got these 2 monsteras as a gift today, how do I go about giving them care? Also do i repot the non-variegated as it looks very crowded? Is the variegated good to just chill where it is? Thank you

Hi everyone, new to the forum and I need some advice. 🤞🏻😊 I've had my monstera for about 3 years now and it is in a partially sunny spot in my bathroom. It has been repotted about two years ago and has been doing well BUT over the last few months 2 leaves have turned yellow. After the first leaf yellowed, I removed it and a new one grew. Are the smaller leaves just dying to make room for new ones? Please help I love my plant! 🥺🌿🌱🪴

Hey! My monstera has randomly started throwing out oddly coloured leaves (as uploaded), I look after my plants so well so this is really distressing 🙁 since moving house, the only thing I could think of is the light has changed slightly? If anyone has any advice I’d appreciate it - thank you x

How much do monstera propagations sell for? Looking to sell and wondering what price i should sell them for. Does location affect price? or maybe how many leaves or anything else to consider 🪴
