Hi! I had recently just gotten a Monstera Deliciosa, and I know they like something to climb on, however I’m not sure where to put something like a moss pole because there are many plants in there. Would I need to repot and separate (if so, I would really appreciate any tips)? Or is there a way to keep them together? Thank you so much!

Hello everyone I bought my 1st monstera a week ago, its roots were already out growing the pot so I repotted it with all purpose soil. Someone suggested to give it a good rinse under water I did that as well but its not looking good. Please help me save it. Also I moved it closer to window today as I live in cold weather with short daylight and snow. Please tell me if its right approach as well. Another thing is despite those dying leaves there are 2 new leaves coming up as you might be able to see in pic, please tell me what am I doing right and wrong. Thank you😊

New pot for this baby 🥰 I got her when she only had 2 leaves. Now she’s growing like crazy! And she’s sprouted a new plant. I’m keeping them together until it gets too crowded!

How come these 2 leaves aren’t turning to face the window like the rest?

Is the stake and string around correctly? Does it look healthy? I have also heard that if you wanted to grow tall to cut the small leaves at the bottom. Is that true?

Why are the leaves on my thai con facing downwards? I’ve had this Thai con for a couple months now, I moved it to a new spot with a dedicated grow light that’s just under a foot away ~1 month ago. Besides for the leaves facing down it seems relatively healthy, the leaves are firm not drooping. The grow light comes from an upward angle so it’s not light positioning. Could it be that the light is too strong even though it was fine in the same spot a week ago? Thanks for all the help!

How many of us monstera lovers notice texture on leaves that receive plenty of light? I’ve only noticed it on a Thai Constellation I have… Id love to see pictures of your cool “mutations”!

Calling all Monstra Maniacs! I had this fellow in a Southern window in Southeastern Wisconsin - but it’s winter, so the light is dim. The white areas of the variegation are turning brown. Is it overwatering, underwatering, too much light?

How well does homemade moss poles work with monsteras ? I’m thinking about replacing these ones with wooden stakes at the bottom. Any growth tips are welcome as well, thank you!

Hi Guys! I’m just starting with monsteras, so I’m really hoping to get some tips from those who have successfully grown them! Right now, she’s been cut to propagate because she didn’t have many leaves at the bottom, and her bottom was thin and lacking. As you can see, there are two photos: the one on the right shows the cutting in water, hopefully to propagate, and the left shows what she’s like now. When I got her, she was in a huge pot that was way too big for her. After I pulled her out of the bigger pot, I realized that this smaller pot would be a perfect fit! Her environment as of now is she’s on the ground pretty far from any grow light but still in the light, the soil mixture is one that I based off what I read about them, and she’s on her own not around any other plants. I do also have a humidifier that is placed around 3-4 feet away from the mother plant in the pot.

Can someone advise how best to support my monstera? I’m a newbie. Thank you!!

Best fertilizer for Monstera to encourage fenestration? I’ve only used liquid plant vitamins, but my monstera has never developed fenestration in the three years I’ve had it and I would really like for it to!

✨Update✨ And I’m back with another question! So I found out that my monstera did not have root rot like I thought. It was the soil that I was using, so I swapped it out to a chunkier mix and my monstera is clearly loving it! It’s finally sprouting 😌 I also bought a moss pole for it to grow on. My question is: is this multiple plants? If so, should I separate them so I can attach one “main stem” to the moss pole?
