I’m kinda stumped on what to do here. This is my first time owning a monstera and I feel like I have multiple plants in one pot but not sure if I do. The picture of it outside was when I first got it back this March the rest is what it looks like now

I just started a new job and one of my job duties is taking care of this beautiful girl but I know she needs some major TLC. What can I do to make her thrive? I know I need to get some moss poles and out of the sun besides that I’m at a loss.

I’m growing a monstera and I need help! I got him from Kroger in February and have been keeping him alive since then. I repotted him from a 2in to a 4in pot maybe in May? My baby is falling over now, and now I’m finding gnats that are starting to fly around him! There’s a leaf at his stem that has always been yellow, but I’ve always watered once a week. He’s growing a new leaf though so I guess I don’t know if he’s okay?

I’ve got this gorgeous baby and it’s just popped out another new leaf! (3rd one this year!) she’s about 2 feet tall atm & I’ve got a pole but now I’m wondering if I’d prefer it to be more bushy and wide than tall? Is that possible?

Not sure what to do about my monstera. This is a new leaf and it has slowly gotten worse over the last couple weeks. All the other leafs are fine and it’s even shooting out a new plant. I also move it into the sun whenever there is some (i live in Washington). Any tips?

I got Amalthea back in April 2024 for £5 from IKEA. She’s literally my pride and joy. She recently unfurled a leaf with third fenestrations too!

Why are her leaves curling in?? I have it 4ish feet away from a South-facing window (all I have) and I'm trying SO HARD to not overwater. What am I doing wrong?!

I got this monstera plant two Fridays ago. I split it into six individual pots. Today the first fenestrated leaf with a slit has fully unfurled! I’m so proud of him. I think the SANSI grow light really helped.

I have a soft spot for rehab plants. Got him at Home Depot for $3. I don't usually repot as soon as I get them home but I wanted to see what was happening here. The roots are healthy but the growers had him in a weird, loamy soil that was super dense and wet, so I repotted in my own chunky mix that I use for my other aroids. I've never owned an adansonii before... Any specific tips I should know beyond normal monstera care?

This is (I promise) my last impulsive buy. Went to pick up some items to fix supper. And the grocery store had a collection of tropical plants in 10" containers for $25. How could anyone resist? Now, please don't ask, like my bf did, where I was going to put it. 😀

HELP!! My monstera has killed herself🥲. She was in semi-hydro leca and was fine for months. Recently she was a bit droopy so I thought she wasn’t getting enough sunlight. Today I checked on the leca and realised her roots have rotted (and part of the stem) There are some salvageable Aerial roots but anyone wanna suggest anything to help me keep her alive???
