Does this look okay as far as where I’ve placed the pole and tie? She was leaning heavily the opposite way of the pole. Just not sure if I did this right. Thanks in advance!

My baby has her first fenestration!!!!! I’m so happy and proud!!
Guys!!! Is this an underwater issue? 😭 The yellow spot on the leaf? Help!!! 🙏🏼🫶🏻
Hi! One of my in-laws recently gifted me a couple of plants, as well as these clippings. She insisted is was a type of Monstera but she didn’t know which one. I tried looking it up via Google Image search but that said it was a kind of Philodendron. I want to make sure I take care of this plant properly, so can anyone help me identify it? I’m happy to share more info/photos if needed. Thanks in advance!
I moved my monstera to my balcony in early June, I’m in zone 4b. I moved it when I knew night temps don’t go below 50 degrees Fahrenheit. It has been very hot and it gets maybe full to partial sun. Any ideas why this is happening?? Should I put it back inside or do I just need to water more?
A few months ago my roomba decided to know over my Thai Constellation and run it over 😕. All that was salvageable was a single leaf. Stuck her in a makeshift semi-hydro set up with Leca and put out its first fenestrated leaf! 😀 The Deliciosa has also started to really fill out!
is it normal for new leaves to be droopy like this at first? it's only unfurled in the last week.
Has anyone ever had this happen with a new leaf growing in?
She unfurled two new leaves. Upper one with three fenestration.
new leaf finally unfurled! 🌱
After quite a lot of months , my monstera is finally growing some new healthy leaves 🍃 and I am over with joy I know it seems dusty but is just a camera
Hi! Is the first picture I have here a monstera obliqua (specifically the los tayos variety)? It was a wet stick cutting I got from a refuse pile so i never got proper identification. The second picture is of what I know to be a monstera adansonii. Third picture shows some of the inner fenastrations and exaggerated holes of the possible obliqua.
Do you see what I see? 👀😍 Impatiently waiting .. MORE FENESTRATION’S!! Ahhhhhhh!
Hey guys! I chopped my first monstera and just put it in water, how long does it normally take for the roots to grow? I wanna make sure it’s staying on track so I can fix any problems bwfore they get to bad! Thank you all!💚
Ok, do I have this right? I could cut this monstera resulting in 4 parts. The one in the pot and each of three pieces that are connected to the aerial roots below. So I cover each of the aerial roots in moss and plastic wrap until roots start forming and then I plant them in soil right? One of the aerial roots is like 3-4 ft long. Not sure how I’ll handle that or even get it into a pot. Generally speaking tho, cut, wrap, bury right?
Advice on how to even begin helping this giant and likely ancient Monstera at my work appreciated! I have no idea how old the soil is or who or how often it gets watered. As you can see, though, it needs some love!
I didn’t want to do a moss pole - scared of mold- for my Monstera adansonii. So instead, I watched a video and made cuttings ! I know to change water once a week, but can I leave them on the counter not near the sunny window? Or do I need to put them near the same window the mama plant is in? Help this is my first time propagating and I’m nervous! 😬
hi all, my monstera is currently supported by 4 bamboo sticks and its really starting to lean - will a repot fix this or do I need to change my setup? moss pole needed? also I know the rope is super ugly, I’m not sure the best solution to tame wild leaves? thanks in advance!
And just when I think I’m doing nothing right my Thai con shows me she’s happy still. Just reminds me that I can apply that to my own life too. I am not rich in the materialistic way. With love though I am forever blessed.
Any recommendations for small and unique looking monsteras? I've always been drawn to them but so many of them are just too huge (I would love to have a thai constellation but WOW it's big)
