Hi! I just got my first monstera, and she’s started to have these brown dry spots that are yellow around them. Also the newest leaf looked like the tip dried up and crumbled off :( what am I doing wrong?

I’ve been propagating this Adansonii for awhile now and wondering if I should put it in dirt? And if so any tips due to root placement?
Hello, im new to this group. I just recently got a monstera for the first time, any tips?
Do you guys know why the bottom of the stem is turning yellow? Thanks!!!
New leaves 1 & 2! Any tips on what I should do to make sure that they grow in properly?
Does my plant need more water? Fertilizer? I got this water propagated monstera a few weeks ago and potted it, and added a pole. I kept it moist for a bit since it was water propagated. Photo 1 was a few days after I got it. Photo 2 is today, and photo 3 you can see some dried yellowing bits and an aerial root that sprang up. It looks like it’s wilting, the leaves seem more floppy, and one of the fronds is definitely falling over even though I used twine to attach it to the pole. Thank you!
Just noticed a couple of brown spots on a few of my leaves… as well as some light white fuzz on the soil in the pot… any ideas?
My two beautiful monsteras are always in sync, growing leaves at the same time 🩷🌱
I just wanted to show off my beauty! She is one of my prized possessions! 😍 I got her in December of last year at Walmart and she has put in so much work and has gotten so big
Took a top cutting from a monstera to propagate in water but I’m going to have to cut the aerial roots to make it fit. From my understanding the aerial roots grow from nodes. So the new water roots will grow from there right??? 😬
Hi! I’m new to monstera plants and this forum. I got my monstera plant 11 months ago and it’s been thriving at my desk at my office building. Lately for the past month it’s not growing. I’m not sure if it got overwatered or the lighting in the office is bad so I brought it back home hoping to revive it. I’ve attached pictures of before and after. Any advice?
Three days ago and today.. what’s going on?
Time to pot? There’s 4 very long roots however, there are no secondary roots. Getting worried because the leaves are beginning to discolour. Been propagating in water since June. Thanks
Good morning this happened. Can someone tell me . Is this due too to much water or lack of. It’s been chilly in nyc. I took it away fri My window.
Sooo beautiful gleaming in the sunlight…

A little monsters madness
Hi! I took apart a dying monstera I was gifted and found 3 plants in the pot, one had barely any roots so i have it in water to let the roots grow out a bit before re planting it in soil. These three growths came out on the stem where there used to be a leaf - anyone know what this may be? Is it roots? Not sure if it should also be submerged in water or not. Thanks!
Hello everyone! Just joined the group and wanted to say hi. Got this beautiful monstera about a month ago. Very new to monstera care! Any tips are greatly appreciated. Currently have the plant in a west facing window with some north light coming in as well since it’s a corner window. Have been watering the plant once a week. I think she’s looking healthy?? All leaves are green but some are perkier than others. Is that normal?
A friend had sold this to me VERY cheap…any tips on how to make her thrive?
